By accessing or using Flontr (the "Platform"), available at flontr.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, broadcasters, and viewers.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" include that organisation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or broadcast on Flontr. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from or permit use by persons under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend their account and delete their data.

You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction. Users in jurisdictions where live streaming, location sharing, or online payments are restricted or prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform.

You may register using Google OAuth or Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.

You may not share your account with others, create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans.

Location sharing is voluntary and opt-in. When you choose to go live, the Platform requests access to your device's GPS coordinates. You may deny this permission; however, your stream pin will be placed at an approximate location based on IP address, which may be inaccurate.

By enabling location sharing and going live, you explicitly consent to your approximate GPS coordinates being displayed on a public map visible to all users of the Platform, including anonymous visitors. You understand and accept the inherent risks of disclosing your real-time location to the public.

You are solely responsible for your personal safety when broadcasting. Flontr strongly advises against broadcasting from your home address, revealing identifying information about your residence, or broadcasting in situations where your safety may be at risk. We provide no guarantee of safety and accept no liability for any harm arising from your decision to broadcast your location.

Location data is used solely to display your stream pin on the map. It is not sold to third parties. It is retained only for the duration of your live session and deleted when you go offline. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You retain ownership of all video content you broadcast. By broadcasting on Flontr, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to transmit and relay your video stream to viewers who have been granted access, solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. We do not record, store, or archive live streams.

You are solely responsible for all content you broadcast. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the right to broadcast all content shown; (b) your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) you have obtained all necessary consents from any identifiable individuals appearing in your stream; and (d) your content complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of your viewers.

Filming in public spaces is generally lawful in most jurisdictions, but you must comply with local laws regarding filming in private spaces, filming minors, and filming in locations with explicit no-filming policies. You are solely responsible for compliance with these laws.

Viewers must request access from the broadcaster before watching a stream. Broadcasters have full discretion to accept or decline any access request. Acceptance of a request does not create any obligation on the broadcaster to continue the stream or to interact with the viewer.

Viewers agree not to record, screenshot, or reproduce any portion of a live stream without the explicit written consent of the broadcaster. Unauthorised recording of streams may constitute a violation of applicable privacy and copyright laws.

The Platform uses WebRTC peer-to-peer technology for video transmission. In some network configurations, a TURN relay server is used to facilitate the connection. This server relays encrypted video data but does not record or store it. See our Privacy Policy for technical details.

The Platform facilitates two types of financial transactions: (a) Tips — voluntary payments from viewers to broadcasters; and (b) Scout Requests — paid commissions requesting a broadcaster to stream a specific location or subject.

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making or receiving payments, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. Flontr is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment institution. We act solely as a technology intermediary.

Tips are non-refundable once confirmed. Scout Requests may be refunded if the broadcaster declines or fails to fulfil the request within the agreed timeframe. Disputes regarding payments must be raised within 14 days of the transaction.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to payments you receive through the Platform. Flontr may be required by law to collect tax information from high-volume earners and to report earnings to tax authorities.

We reserve the right to withhold payments pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Accounts involved in fraudulent transactions will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Broadcast content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing
• Stream minors without verifiable parental consent, or stream any sexual content involving minors under any circumstances
• Stalk, surveil, or monitor any individual without their knowledge and consent
• Broadcast from private property without the owner's permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
• Manipulate, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Conduct or facilitate any form of fraud, including fake Scout Requests or tip fraud
• Broadcast content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, removal of content, withholding of payments, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

Flontr and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to the software, design, trademarks, and brand assets. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA-compliant takedown notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; and (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLONTR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flontr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you broadcast or transmit through the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia (as the registered jurisdiction of the operator), without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia for any disputes arising under these Terms.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

For EU consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
